1.       What is a concept of legal system? What are the major requirements of a legal system? Discuss.

2.     Shed light on the autonomy of a legal system. Discuss the kinds and sources of legal system in brief.

3.      Trace the cursory glance of legal history and philosophy of Nepalese system in a nut-shell.

4.     Discuss the characteristics of existing Nepalese legal system .Suggest some measures to make the enforcement process more effective and result-oriented.

5.     What do you mean by administration of justice? Make a critical assessment of the organizational structure of the judiciary in the Nepal. Are you satisfied with the functioning of judiciary in Nepal? Suggest some measures to make the judiciary result-oriented.
